Key Responsibilities:
Codrivity is seeking a talented Lead Generation Specialist for a full-time, on-site position. The chosen candidate will play a pivotal role in:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients.
- Gather contact information using various tools and platforms.
- Experience in generating leads via Upwork and LinkedIn.
- Maintain an organized lead database.
- Develop and implement outreach strategies (email campaigns, social media, cold calling).
- Craft compelling messaging to attract potential clients.
- Engage with prospects to understand their needs and project requirements.
- Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with potential clients.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings between qualified leads and the sales team.
- Work with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts.
- Provide feedback to refine strategies.
- Track and report on lead generation activities and metrics.
- Analyze data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-4 years in lead generation, sales, or similar role.
- Proven lead generation strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
