Key Responsibilities:

Codrivity is seeking a talented Lead Generation Specialist for a full-time, on-site position. The chosen candidate will play a pivotal role in:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients.
  • Gather contact information using various tools and platforms.
  • Experience in generating leads via Upwork and LinkedIn.
  • Maintain an organized lead database.
  • Develop and implement outreach strategies (email campaigns, social media, cold calling).
  • Craft compelling messaging to attract potential clients.
  • Engage with prospects to understand their needs and project requirements.
  • Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with potential clients.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings between qualified leads and the sales team.
  • Work with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts.
  • Provide feedback to refine strategies.
  • Track and report on lead generation activities and metrics.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-4 years in lead generation, sales, or similar role.
  • Proven lead generation strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and research abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience specifically in the Tech Industry.
