Key Responsibilities:
Codrivity is seeking a talented Customer Success Associate for a full-time, on-site position. The chosen candidate will play a pivotal role in:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and ensuring their success with Codrivity’s solutions.
- Onboard new clients, providing training and resources to ensure a smooth transition and quick adoption of our products.
- Regularly check in with clients to gather feedback, provide updates, and address any concerns, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Act as a liaison between clients and the technical team to resolve issues promptly, ensuring client needs and deadlines are met.
- Identify opportunities for customers to increase their usage of our products through upgrades and additional services.
- Monitor customer health metrics and develop strategies to improve them.
- Organize and participate in client meetings and product demonstrations.
- Develop customer success resources and tools, such as help articles, training webinars, and more.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
- Experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
