Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of AI engineers and scientists, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the team’s success.
• Drive the development and implementation of AI solutions, from ideation to deployment, to address business challenges and opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, define project scope, and establish success criteria for AI initiatives.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of AI projects.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies and evaluate their potential impact on our products and services.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the AI team.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners, including research institutions, technology vendors, and industry experts.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on AI project progress, achievements, and challenges.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization within the AI team and across the organization.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in AI and data privacy.

What are we looking for?

•  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience of 2 years in leading AI or machine learning teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in developing AI solutions for specific domains such as healthcare, finance, e-commerce, etc.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and version control system GitHub/Gitlab, with experience deploying AI models at scale.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Agile, Scrum).
• Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, natural language processing, and other AI techniques.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, and R, and familiarity with AI frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and deployment in real-world applications.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Leadership qualities include inspiring and motivating team members, fostering a positive work environment, and driving results.
