Key Responsibilities:

Codrivity is seeking a talented Backend Developer for a Full-Time, On-Site position. The chosen candidate will play a pivotal role in:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs to support various applications and services.
• Work closely with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Contribute to the architecture and design of scalable and high-performance backend systems.
• Implement best practices for code quality, security, and performance optimization.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends and evaluate their potential impact on our backend architecture and development practices.
• Participate in code reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions and contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 1 plus years of professional experience as a Backend Developer or similar role, with a focus on designing and implementing scalable backend systems.

• Proficiency in one or more backend programming languages such as Python & JavaScript.
• Experience with backend frameworks and technologies such as Django, Flask & FastAPI.
• Understanding of databases (both SQL and NoSQL), data modeling, and query optimization.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform and experience with deploying and managing cloud-based applications.

• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, or similar will be a plus.

• Experience with agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and frameworks.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
